Class Type
Fairfield residents can take part in our relaxing yoga classes. They are suitable for people of all levels. Complimentary tea is provided. Mats and all yoga equipment is included; however, you can bring your own if you prefer.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa flow incorporates the continuous transition of poses with the synchronizing of the breath. The classes are structured to have an emphasis on building strength, flexibility, and endurance whilst leaving you energized, balanced, and calm. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced sequence of postures that are held for longer periods of time. Unlike other yoga styles, Yin Yoga targets deeper tissues in your body with an aim to improve blood circulation to your joints, enhance connective tissue flexibility and strength. This practice is a more meditative approach to yoga. Suitable for all levels.
